A real factory.
A real team.
A real track record.
Lemon Printing has been producing books, cards, calendars, and tickets for international buyers since 2015. No middlemen. No vague promises. Just a factory that ships.
How Lemon Printing Started
In 2015, a group of young printing professionals in the Guangzhou–Shenzhen area decided to build the kind of printing company they wished existed: one that asked the right questions, checked files before making plates, and treated bulk production as a discipline, not a free-for-all.
They had seen what goes wrong in printing projects — color surprises, confusing specs, last-minute “oops” moments that cost real money — and believed most of those problems were preventable with better process, not better luck.
That belief became Lemon Printing. The “Lemon” name is a reminder: keep things fresh, honest, and sharp. No sour surprises.
What We Believe
Details are not “small”
Trim size, paper grain, binding method, coating type, and packing configuration — these details make the difference between “printed” and “professional.” We focus on them so you don’t have to.
Communication is part of quality
A clean print run starts with the right questions: Who is this for? How will it be used? What matters most — durability, cost, or visual impact? We ask early so you get what you expect.
Bulk printing should feel calm
We use documented production settings to control color, trim, binding, and packing across large jobs. Clear specifications and agreed tolerances make repeat orders more predictable.
We don’t chase hype — we chase repeat orders
The best feedback is when a client sends the next project with one line: “Same as last time.” We keep production specs on file so reorders can closely follow the approved previous run.
What We Print
Four core categories. Full customization on every order. If your project is used for selling, teaching, launching, or organizing, we can print it.
Inside Our Factory
A typical day on the production floor:
- Prepress: Files reviewed for resolution, bleed, and color setup while paper samples sit on the review table.
- Press: Operators pull sample sheets at regular intervals, comparing color density and registration against approved proofs.
- Binding: Automated lines running fold, gather, stitch, trim, stack in rhythm.
- QC: Catching what screens miss: scuffs, color drift, weak folds, binding gaps.
- Packing: Cartons built to survive real-world shipping, not just the pallet.
