From paper selection to packed goods.
Our regular material families include coated art paper, woodfree uncoated paper, white card and specialty paper. The grade is selected around the finished item: an image-led book, a writable workbook and a folding carton need different surfaces and construction.
Your order brief connects materials and artwork to printing, finishing, inspection and packing. Keep the approved revision, sample purpose and delivery requirement together so each production handoff uses the same decisions.

Production contact
Turns your intended use, size, quantity and destination into a quote brief. Tracks the agreed revision and keeps questions connected to the order.
Prepress
Reviews the file against trim, color and construction requirements. Identifies technical corrections before output and prepares the proof for your approval.
Printing and finishing
Works to the named stock and approved production instructions. Binding, folds and effects are checked as parts of the complete finished item.
Inspection and packing
Reviews the finished product against the reference and verifies quantities, protection and carton identity before dispatch.

Free samples are available, with sample preparation completed within 15 days.
Tell us whether you need to compare paper, assess construction or review printed appearance. The sample request records what will be supplied. Courier arrangements and transit time are confirmed separately.
Bank transfer
Payment is made by bank transfer (T/T). The quotation and invoice set out the payment schedule and bank instructions.
Reprinting support
If there is a problem with your order, contact us with the order reference, photographs and affected quantity. We review the issue and arrange reprinting where needed.
Identify the affected version or carton and keep representative samples so the correction and replacement specification can be agreed.
