It started the way a lot of good production stories start: with a deadline, a stack of paper samples, and the kind of bright energy you only get when you're building something from scratch.
In 2015, Lemon Printing was created by a group of young people who loved the craft and hated the chaos that often comes with printing projects: surprises in color, confusing specifications, and last-minute "oops" moments that shouldn't happen.
We wanted a different experience: clear questions up front, a careful prepress check, a factory workflow built for bulk, and quality checks that don't rely on luck.

How Our Factory Works
Imagine walking in on a typical day:
- Prepress: Checks happening while samples and swatches sit on the table.
- Press: Operators adjusting settings, comparing sheets, keeping consistency.
- Binding: Lines moving with rhythm: fold, gather, stitch, trim, stack.
- QC: Catching things screens miss: scuffs, color drift, weak folds.
- Packing: Cartons built to survive real shipping, not just the pallet.
