Can I get a sample before the full run?

Yes. Digital proofs (PDF) are included for content and layout approval. For premium finishes or new formats, we recommend a pre-production sample — a physical copy produced on the actual press and paper stock. Sample costs are often credited toward the full order.

How long does production take?

Production commonly takes 7–20 business days after proof approval. The exact schedule depends on the product, quantity, materials, and finishes. Shipping time is additional, and both estimates are confirmed in your quotation.

What file formats do you accept?

Print-ready PDF is preferred: 300 PPI, CMYK color mode, 3mm bleed, embedded fonts. We can also work with InDesign, Illustrator, or PSD files if properly packaged. Not sure? Send what you have and our prepress team will check it.

Do you offer design services?

We focus on production printing. However, we can help with minor layout adjustments and prepress fixes at no extra charge. For full design work, we recommend working with a designer — we provide complete file specifications to share with them.

What if my file isn't print-ready?

This is common. Send us your file and our prepress team will review it. We flag issues (resolution, color mode, bleed, fonts) and either suggest fixes or handle them ourselves. We never go to press without your approval.

Can you match a specific brand color?

Yes. For critical brand colors, we support Pantone spot color matching. For CMYK process printing, we provide proofs for approval. If color accuracy is critical, let us know upfront so we can recommend the right proofing approach.

Every file goes through our prepress check: resolution, bleed, color mode (CMYK), font embedding, overprint settings, and safety margins. We catch issues before plates are made — this is included at no charge.
