1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lemon Printing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Lemon Printing provides commercial bulk printing services including but not limited to books, cards, calendars, tickets, and vouchers. All services are subject to the terms described herein and any additional terms agreed upon in a specific order or contract.

All quotes, production timelines, and delivery estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules are confirmed in the order confirmation.

3. Orders and Quotations

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. An order is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written approval of the final specifications.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Artwork and Content Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, text, images, and other content you submit:

• Do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or patents.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Are provided in the required format (print-ready PDF recommended).

You indemnify Lemon Printing against any claims arising from the content you provide.

5. Production and Quality

We strive to produce printed materials that meet the highest quality standards. However, due to the nature of commercial printing processes, slight variations in color, trimming, and finishing may occur. These variations are considered acceptable within industry standards and do not constitute defects.

If you require precise color matching, Pantone spot colors can be arranged. Digital proofs and pre-production samples are recommended for orders with strict quality requirements.

6. Proofing and Approval

Digital proofs are provided for layout and content verification. Pre-production samples are available upon request for orders requiring physical review. Production will not begin until you have approved the proof or sample.

Once approved, you are responsible for any errors in the approved content. Changes after approval may incur additional charges.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation and proof approval.
• 70% balance before shipment.

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Western Union. For large or recurring orders, custom payment arrangements may be available upon request.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance, weather, and carrier delays may affect delivery times. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handoff to the shipping carrier, unless insurance is purchased.

International orders are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printing services, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun. If a quality issue is identified upon receipt:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos documenting the issue.
• We will investigate and, if the issue is attributable to our production process, offer a reprint, credit, or refund.
• Minor variations within industry-acceptable tolerances are not considered defects.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lemon Printing website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lemon Printing or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written consent.

Your artwork and content remain your property. We hold no claim to materials you submit for printing.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemon Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Guangdong province, China.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
