What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product, material, printing method, and finishing. Digital production can support shorter runs, while offset setup costs are spread across larger quantities. Share your quantity or range; the quotation confirms the feasible minimum for your specification.
How long does production take?
Your quotation confirms production timing for the quantity, stock, construction and finishes. Timing starts after agreed proof approval and release conditions. Sample preparation, freight and customs time are separate; share your destination and required in-hand date for scheduling.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. We support Pantone spot color matching and CMYK process printing. For critical brand-color projects, we recommend a pre-production sample for approval.
Do you check my files before printing?
Every file goes through a prepress check: resolution, bleed, color mode (CMYK), font embedding, and overprint settings. We flag issues before plates are made.
How do you pack for international shipping?
We use double-walled cartons, corner protectors, moisture barrier wrapping, and palletization for sea freight. Packing is tailored to the product type and destination.
What payment method do you accept?
Payment is made by bank transfer (T/T). The quotation and invoice set out the payment schedule and bank instructions.
Are samples free, and how long do they take?
Free samples are available, with sample preparation completed within 15 days. Tell us whether you need to compare paper, assess construction or review printed appearance. The sample request records what will be supplied. Courier arrangements and transit time are confirmed separately.
