Prepress
Check the named print file, page sequence and effect layers against the project template. Confirm the output condition before plates or digital output.

Printing
Use the selected offset or digital route. Compare sample sheets with the approval reference for color, registration and image detail.

Binding / conversion
Fold and gather sections, bind books or form cut and creased parts. Review the complete stack or assembled construction.

Surface finishing
Apply the quoted laminate, foil, varnish or relief effect. Check the actual substrate and registration-sensitive features.

Inspection
Review count, dimensions, construction, surface and the agreed critical features against the finished sample.

Packing
Count by version or complete set, protect exposed surfaces and edges, and label cartons for the agreed delivery route.

Offset printing
Our Heidelberg and Komori offset route suits repeat impressions from the same artwork. The sheet format, stock and finishing route determine the setup for each job.
Cutting and trim
Trim turns the sheet into the intended format. Cutting marks, safe margins and the assembled construction determine where a dimension check is meaningful.
Folding and gathering
Panels and book sections need a consistent fold sequence. Grain direction, scoring and paper thickness affect fold behavior and alignment.
Binding and assembly
The finished block, cover and binding are checked together. A sample can reveal restricted opening, page order or component-fit issues that loose sheets cannot show.
Plan the packed product before dispatch.
The Guangzhou–Shenzhen location supports export coordination by sea, air and courier. Your route is selected by the destination, packed volume, gross weight and required arrival date.
Treat bulk production, freight transit and customs as separate stages. Specify the delivery point and responsibility for import formalities; proximity to a port is not a fixed delivery-time promise.
